MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, August 13, 2009 /Art and Artists PR News/ -- Kicking off in London on September 4th, Liberty Festival is a celebration of the arts and offers disabled performers a platform to showcase their talents.
Now in its seventh year, the festival features a host of talented artists and sees Trafalgar Square transformed into a large performance space.
