Ms. Mills prides herself on her ability to create jewelry that makes the easy transformation from day to evening wear. Ms. Mills became a registered nurse through Hudson Valley Community College in 1968, and is a certified professional in utilization review. She is a member of the Miami Art Museum Association, Inc. and the Museum of Modern Art.
