Deborah L. Galesi Aspires to Start a Rebirth of the Renaissance

KIHEI, HI, December 14, 2009 /Art and Artists PR News/ --Deborah L. Galesi, Fine Artist for Infinite Moment, was recently featured in Cambridge Publishing's Top 101 Industry Experts book. The Top Industry Experts reveals the objectives and triumphs prominent Cambridge members have achieved to gain success. Selected from more than 400,000 executives, professionals and entrepreneurs, these exemplary leaders stay at the top of their fields by possessing unique experience and wisdom, all the while exhibiting innovation in their work.

With four decades of experience as a professional artist, Deborah L. Galesi is best noted for her skill in fusing old master techniques with futuristic ideas. Distinguished by a desire to start a rebirth of the Renaissance, she has exhibited her oil paintings and portraits in galleries and private collections across the United States, Italy, France, Australia and Japan. Her work has been displayed at such institutions as Maui Art Central, the Montserrat Gallery and the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery in New York City, the Spinetti Gallery and the Palazzo Presidenziale in Florence, the Benvenuti and Traghetto galleries in Venice, the Salaria Gallery in Perugia, the Modigliani Gallery in Milan, and the University of Avignon in France.

A long-time resident of Italy Ms. Galesi, an American, was honored with induction into the Professional Register of European Artists. She spent most of her time in Florence, where she attained a position in the Master Program at the Villa Schifanoia Institute, studied portraiture under renowned artist Ben Long, and taught at the Liceo Artistico. Ms. Galesi's record in her home country is by no means inferior; she studied privately with Raymond Whyte and Gene Scarpentoni from the Art Students League of New York, taught pictorial techniques for five years, and won a competition organized by the National Art Centre of New York. Now resettled in Hawaii, she looks forward to selling more of her work through Infinite Moment.
