In 1998, Ms. Evans acquired a bachelor of arts degree, with a minor in psychology, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. After graduating, she embarked on her career in tattooing at the Ink Spot's Elizabeth location in New Jersey. Currently, she is a member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists, Inc. and the National Tattoo Association, Inc.
