Behzad Pishkouhani is a renowned artist across Europe

GREENVILLE, SC, February 9, 2010 /Art and Artists PR News/ -- Behzad Pishkouhani, Art Conservator for Old Masters Fine Art and Restoration, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in art refurbishment.

With 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Pishkouhani specializes in art restoration. As an art conservator, he takes responsibility in restoring paintings, sculptures and damaged artwork for insurance companies and museums, and assisting art professionals with renovating their work. He developed a passion for art at an early age and takes pride in witnessing the looks of satisfaction from his clients' faces. After arriving to the United States in 1978, he taught math and art before turning to restoration. He has worked for New York Museums on 1700's artwork and his work has been acknowledged by the Smithsonian Institution. He has been interviewed by local European and American Newspapers, as well as on television, for his accomplishments.

Mr. Pishkouhani completed coursework in mechanical engineering and business management in Iran, and in electrical engineering in DeVry. He does his artwork in a privately owned gallery and is an affiliate of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works. Since his elementary school days, his writings and artwork have been frequently published. He attributes his success to his continual education. In the future, he aspires to have his artwork displayed in major cities.
