Diana Clarke Showcases Professional Brand through Cambridge Who's Who

Diana Clarke is the recipient of a Volunteer of the Year Award

    GLASGOW, MO, June 11, 2010 /Art and Artists PR News/ -- Diana Clarke, Owner of Sit-a-While Seat Weaving, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

With 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Clarke's expertise is in chair weaving. In her position, she performs antique and modern seat weaving, using cane and fiber rush. She creates foot stools and children's chairs, and participates in festival demonstrations. Ms. Clarke owns a shop where she works by appointment only. Additionally, she teaches twice a year at a craft camp in southern Missouri. She attributes her success to the referrals she gains from her clients.

In 1990, Ms. Clarke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. The recipient of a Volunteer of the Year Award for Glasgow community service, she is a Medicare counselor for Missouri's SCHIP program. In the future, Ms. Clarke hopes to expand her workshop, appoint an apprentice and focus on teaching.
